What is included in your tour packages?▼
Our packages typically include accommodation, AC vehicle transport, a certified local guide, select meals and entry tickets. Specific inclusions are clearly mentioned before booking — we never have hidden charges.
Do you provide airport or railway station pickup?▼
Yes! We provide pickup and drop from Varanasi Lal Bahadur Shastri Airport (VNS), Varanasi Junction (BSB) and Manduadih Railway Station. Just share your arrival details and our driver will be waiting for you.
What payment methods do you accept?▼
We accept all UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, NEFT/IMPS, credit/debit cards and cash. For online bookings we send a secure payment link. International bank transfers are also accepted.
What is your cancellation policy?▼
Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before the tour. 50% refund for 3–7 days before. No refund within 3 days. However, we are very flexible — if you need to reschedule, we always try our best to accommodate.
